Research Biography
…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
Major in clinical and basic research on prostate diseases, and has a certain research foundation in the immune microenvironment affecting the occurrence of chronic prostatitis and prostate cancer.
In the research ofchronic non-bacterial prostatitis (CNP),①Reported the rate of CNP in Anhui men is 51.65%, suggesting that CNP occurs widely in young, middle-aged and elderly men;②Revealed the history of systemic chronic infection and frequent sexual behavior are risk factors for the occurrence of CNP in young college students;③Single-cell sequencing confirmed that the proportion of pro-inflammatory CD4+ effector T cells such as Th1, Th17, and Th22 in the peripheral blood of CNP patients was significantly increased;④Validated that HA/ CD44 axis regulates cell cycle and promotes Th1 cell differentiation;⑤Reported that enhanced autophagy can promote the increase of anti-inflammatory Treg cells and alleviate the symptoms of CNP.
In the research ofprostate cancer (PCa),①Revealed that the increased proportion of M2 macrophages infiltration was closely related to the poor prognosis of prostate adenocarcinoma patients;②Found that M2 macrophages can transmit miRNA-320b/ATP1B1/ PI3K /AKT pathway, which regulates the sensitivity of prostate cancer cells to enzalutamide treatment;③Proposed that prostate cancer patients can be divided into immune-activating subtypes, immunosuppressive subtypes, and non-immune subtypes, and the immune-activating subtypes have a longer Relapse-free survival and more likely to benefit from anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy;④Developed the R package "MOVICS" for multi-omics composite analysis of diseases, combining transcriptome, methylation, mutation, etc. Dimensional data identifies molecular subtypes of prostate cancer, providing new strategies for patient selection for clinical androgen deprivation therapy.
